Bluetooth scales
openScale has built-in assist for a quantity of Bluetooth (BLE or smart) scales from many manufacturers, e.g. Beurer, Sanitas, Yunmai, Xiaomi, and so on. (see model list below). Together with our customers we constantly improve and extend the set of supported scales and in many circumstances choose up where the original app falls short.
For scales with out Bluetooth, or Bluetooth scales not (yet) supported by openScale, measurements can be manually entered in a fast and simple method.
Privacy
This app has no ads and requests no pointless permissions. The location permission is only wanted to discover a Bluetooth scale. Once discovered the permission can be revoked (or by no means granted if Bluetooth isn't used).
Supported metrics
Weight, BMI (body mass index), physique water, muscle, LBM (lean physique mass), body fat, bone mass, waist circumference, waist-to-height ratio, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, visceral fats, chest circumference, thigh circumference, biceps circumference, neck circumference, body fat caliper, BMR (basal metabolic rate), TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and Calories. Each entry also can have an optionally available remark.
Note: don't be concerned if you suppose the record is simply too lengthy: metrics you don't use could be disabled and hidden.
