- you will see the harmfulness at first sight according to the icon in the list and color in the detail of each check mark
- written in what foods it is in and its effects on human health.

Explanation:
Various applications are used in the application sources on the harmfulness of individual ečoks. Therefore, it is possible to find a check that has in the description that it is harmless, but is marked with a icon of harm or red. Several sources were intentionally left in the application because it is not possible to unambiguously determine which is correct and the user knows that it is a controversial substance.
